Malaguti was a family-owned Italian company founded by Antonio Malaguti in 1930, based in San Lazzaro di Savena.

Every Malaguti moped ran a Franco Morini engine, with Italian parts all over: Dellorto carbs, Domino controls, Grimeca hubs and Huret speedos.

In the US they came through Malaguti of America in Rhode Island, and later through a New Jersey distributor around 1982. Look for the Commuter and the Pilot.
